Rules
    1) Your site must be graphic/anime/manga related. [LA][A]
    2) Your site may NOT be hentai/porn related. [LA][A][LE]
    3) Your layout must be designed by you or a gift. [LA][A]
    4) Your site must be in ENGLISH/You must speak proper English. I do NOT want to see hEy! WhuTS UhP! [LA][A]
    5) You must link back from every page as Aesthetic Designs will do the same. DO NOT DIRECT LINK. [LA]
    6) You must have an 88X31 Button. [Aesthetic Designs will make you one if you don't have one.] [LA]
    7) You must let me know if you go on hiatus. [LA][A]
    8) You must update at least once or twice a month. [LA]
    9) You must keep contact with me in some sort of form: email, AIM, comments, etc. Please be a likable person, I would prefer not to have a full of attitude affiliate. [LA][A]
